What type of wax do you use in your candles?

We use a high-quality blend of eco-friendly, sustainable waxes for a clean and even burn.

Are your candles made by hand?

Yes, all of our candles are hand-poured with care to ensure quality and attention to detail.

How long do your candles burn for?

Burn times vary depending on the size of the candle. Generally, our candles burn between 40–60 hours.

What is the best way to care for my candle?

For optimal burning, trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use and avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time.

Do you offer custom or personalized candles?

Yes, we offer custom options for special events like weddings, parties, or gifts. Please contact us for more information.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

Yes, we offer elegant gift wrapping and can include personalized messages with your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 3–7 days as they are made to order. Shipping can take an additional 3 - 5 days within the U.S.

Custom and large orders may take longer to process and ship. Please inquire on all large custom orders for a delivery estimate.

Do you deliver locally?

Yes, we offer local delivery for customers within San Antonio. Please check our website for more details on delivery options and availability.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We currently only ship within the U.S.

What is your return/exchange policy?
