At Luxe Candlebox, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

• Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for unused, undamaged candles in their original packaging. Please contact us at contact@luxecandlebox.com for return authorization before shipping any items.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Exchanges: If your candle arrives damaged, we will gladly exchange it for the same item or offer a store credit. Please provide a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery.

• Custom Orders: Custom or large orders are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
